"The Spa did not work for 4 days. The bed was so hard the carpet was softer. The pillows were so cheap that my neck hurt all the next days.
There was no covered pool so there was nothing to do when it rained except watch TV. There was no TV station line up so you had to use the TV guide to find the channels. Little kids ran all over the lobby unsupervised. The Internet service did not work. The cleaning people did a good job but everything was second rate."
